Middle market to larger companies
We are Fierce CEO’s a highly differentiated CEO Peer Advisory Group. Our Core Purpose is to “be fully invested in and hold each other accountable for achieving personal and professional BHAG’s”. Members live Fierce lives per the group’s set of unique and compelling Core Values.
Fierce members are growth oriented CEO’s that are not afraid to be pushed out of their comfort zone, engage in life and business enriching new experiences and give back to their communities and industries.
Fierce CEO’s is an invitation only CEO Peer Group….CEO candidates are vetted against Fierce Core Values and will have the opportunity to meet with several members in order to determine mutual fit.
Fierce CEO’s meet quarterly and therefore the discussions center on LARGE AND GAME CHANGING STRATEGIC ISSUES vs monthly Peer Group meetings which are monthly and highly tactical.
Fierce CEO’s are highly invested and deliver “Board Level accountability” for driving positive change in member companies.
In other CEO Peer Groups larger companies do the heavy lifting for smaller members, but do not get enough value back for themselves. Fierce CEO’s consist of medium to large businesses that operate semi regional, national and/or global businesses and therefore have the same level of sophistication, issues and challenges.
